We work hard to provide you with unique creative products. As a result, some of these products may be available in limited quantities or require large production lead times. When an item is no longer available we make every attempt to remove it from the site immediately. If an item is currently on back order, we make every attempt to include this information with the item on the site. Exchange
Plana Nu will offer an exchange for any items that are not satisfactory. Plana Nu does not offer refunds, however exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the date of receipt. Goods must be returned in perfect condition in the original shipping box. Sorry Plana Nu offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise.

Shipping
Plana Nu will ship anywhere in the USA. All continental USA orders, as well as orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via FedEx. We do not accept shipping addresses that are post office boxes. We will email you with final pricing and a confirmation invoice when your package ships.

Plana Nu is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data. We use your email address and / or telephone number for the sole purpose of communicating with you regarding your order. We will never distribute your personal information to other companies for any reason.
